Mature Experience You Need: Strategic planning, general management, organizational restructuring, development, planned giving, grant writing, marketing, finance, telefunding or systems solutions. Minimum 7 years senior management experience in the arts. Computer programs relevant to your functional area, word processing and spreadsheets are a must.
As with any exceptional consultant, you need excellent written and oral communication skills and an ability to quickly and effectively analyze complex situations. You’ll need to help organizations achieve the delicate balance between business savvy and artistic sensibility.
